To log into the app, you must be an institutional client of the Corporate and Investment Banking division of Barclays Bank PLC and its affiliates, and have a valid Barclays Live username and password.

No, the initial password in the Welcome email is temporary. Please follow the steps in the email to choose a permanent password and accept the Barclays Live Terms of Use. Upon successfully completing these steps, you can use your username and password to log in to app.

A temporary password will be emailed to your registered email address. Please follow the steps in the email to choose a permanent password. Once you have successfully reset your password, you can log in to the app.
On your smartphone – Tap on the Barclays logo or swipe to access the navigation panel. Tap on your name and select 'Logout'
On your iPad – Tap on the 'hamburger' menu at the bottom of the navigation bar on the left and select 'Logout'
On the Android Tablet – Tap on the overflow menu at the top and select 'Logout'

A valid Barclays Live username and password
Apple iPhone or iPad with iOS version 12.0+
Android phone or tablet with Android version 8.0+
The “Barclays Live” app downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
